Foreword by the Management Board
“We keep our finger on the pulse and remain agile to ensure our success in a dynamic environment. We are always thinking about how we can better support our customers. With them in mind, we are continuously developing and opening up new business areas. Following the successful launch of bank99, in April 2026 we will take the next step with our own mobile phone brand, YELLLOW. Our success stems from our ability to combine consistency and innovation.
In 2025, Austria’s inflation rate was higher than the EU average. This also affected our business. Nevertheless, thanks to the excellent performance of our employees, we closed the financial year on a solid footing.
A strong corporate culture is at the centre of our LEAD 2030 strategy. In addition to being customer-oriented and sustainable, we see ourselves as one international entity. This concept lies at the core of our identity – and at the heart of Austrian Post.”
